CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens, but as a service-based business, my time is valuable and my schedule is carefully reserved for each guest. • I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • This fee is non-refundable and not applied to future services. • A card may be required on file to secure future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limited booking availability or requirement of full prepayment for future services. Thank you for respecting my time and business.
